Learner Refund Policy

At Florida Coastal University, we’re committed to transparency and fairness when it comes to tuition and financial responsibilities. Our refund policy outlines the conditions and processes under which learners may receive a full or partial refund.

1. Learner’s Right to Cancel / Withdraw

Learners may cancel their enrollment within three (3) days after signing the agreement or after attending the first class, whichever is later, to receive a full refund. Withdrawals during the first week of the term (Drop/Add period) also qualify for a 100% refund.

Learners must complete a formal Refund Request Form and submit it in writing. Refunds are disbursed via the original payment method (bank transfer or PayPal).

5. Scholarships Compliance

While Florida Coastal University does not currently participate in Title IV federal aid, it complies with all applicable refund and learner aid regulations. Learners with third-party or government-backed loans will have refunds disbursed accordingly.
